Don’t you reckon we spend a lot of time getting on with things? Meeting deadlines, looking after others, juggling commitments, keeping everything chugging along.

But how often do we actually stop and check in with ourselves?

I mean really check in. Take a quality selfie. Step back and get a clearer picture of where we are.

How’s my energy?
How well am I sleeping?
Are my relationships giving me lift?
What am I carrying that I might be better off releasing?
How present am I in my own life?
Am I heading in the direction I want to go?

To put it bluntly, You can’t change what you haven’t noticed.

That’s one of the reasons I created the AIRBORNE Flight Check.

You may remember that I introduced AIRBORNE in my June blog. The Flight Check is a nifty way of putting the framework into practice.

And this month, I’d love to share it with you.

It starts with a simple question:

So, what’s really going on with me?

Perhaps that’s a question worth asking more often.

It’s not about finding what’s wrong or deciding what needs fixing. It’s simply an opportunity to pause, take a little time to notice where you are, and consider where you might want to go next.

The value is in the noticing.

The Flight Check is an invitation to do just that.

So do yourself a precious favour. Set aside a little time. Be curious. Give it a try. See how you fly.

You might be surprised by what you notice.

Until next month, here’s to small shifts, greater lift, your flight, your way!

Take care,
